Traci Hardy

Traci was born in Park City, Utah, at the old Miners Hospital on July 18, 1962. She lived most of her younger years in Davis and Weber Counties. She loved horses and spent many years riding with her friends in Hooper, Utah. She graduated from Roy High School in 1980 On. 1989 she moved to Woodruff, Utah, where she lived for the last 30 years.

She married Joe Leithauser had two daughters, Arlee and Kashlie. They divorced. She later married Joe Hardy had one daughter Rio. They divorced, and she then married Jim Aper.

In 1971 her Stepfather came into her life. She loved, adored, and admired him. For many years she attended the Mountain Man Rendezvous and enjoyed the demands of participating the right way the pre-1840 way. Along with her dad, she worked for the Fort Bridger Rendezvous Association. It was the best time of her life. Her beadwork exceptional, and in more recent years, she masters the ability to create art through the old-time practice of quilling. She excelled at everything she did and had many accomplishments.

Traci worked hard in life and took pride in everything she did, whether it be her job, house, or hobbies. She enjoyed her many years working at Walmart. Family was the most important thing to Traci, and she loved having coffee with her parents, going to concerts with her girls and friends, and spending weekends with her grandchildren. She worked hard and played hard. She taught her children to have fun work hard, and you are never too old for toys.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor on June 12, 2021, from 2 pm to 6 pm at the Painted Lady 30 County Rd, Evanston, WY 82930. From 2 to 3 pm, we will have a short service allowing family and friends to share some words and memories of Traci. Following the services, we will have an open house from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Survived by her parents Kash and Margie Johnson, Woodruff, Utah. Daughters Arlee Wall, Kashlie Shupe, Rio Hardy, Grandchildren Cloie, Harper, Devyn, and Ethan, Evanston, Wyoming. Her brother Kim Hall and Sister-in-law Ragen Hall, West Weber, Utah. Nephews Kove Hall, Ennis, Montana and Wyatt Hall, North Ogden, Utah.

Special thanks to Best Home Health and Hospice, Doctor Richard Capener, Uinta Medical Group, Doctor Ziga Cizman, University of Utah, and her daughter Kashlie who had taken care of her for the past five years.
