Shantelle Clegg

Shantelle Dee Clegg, 39, passed away at her home surrounded by her family in Marion, Utah on November 18, 2021.

She was born March 14, 1982 in Coalville, Utah to Mickey Phillip and Jerri Sue (Brusnahan) Clegg.

She attended and graduated from Mountain View High in Mountain View, Wyoming.  Shantelle loved sunflowers and turtles.   She enjoyed serving others and spending time with family.  “Shan” loved to joke around and had a great sense of humor and always made those around her smile or laugh.   The love of her life was her three children: Paxten Vance Prentice; Kimber J Prentice; and Harper Lynn Prentice.  She is also survived by her parents: Mick and Jerri Sue Clegg and her brothers, Brady P. (Jen) Clegg, and Kasey J. Clegg. Also survived by a  nephew Brice Clegg and numerous aunts & uncles.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Gerald & Doris Louder; Mike Brusnahan; Hap and Norma Clegg; and many close aunts and uncles.

Special thanks to Brittany Stapleton who cared for Shantelle and went above and beyond.  Also thank you to all the staff at Canyon Hospice for their kindness and care during Shantelle’s illness, and a special friend Adam. Shantelle would like to thank all who helped and influenced her during her life.

In accordance with her wishes, following cremation, a private family graveside will take place in the Marion Cemetery.
