Obituary

Robyn K. Meeks

May 19th, 1967-September 1st, 2022

Robyn K. Meeks our sweet daughter, wife, mom, and grandma passed away, Thursday September 1st, 2022.

Robyn was born on May 19th, 1967, in Denver, CO to Melody Riggle (Arrowchis). Following her birth, she was adopted by Frank and Ruth Brower of Mountain View, WY.

Later in life, Robyn reunited with Melody and developed a very special and unique relationship which Robyn cherished with her entire heart and soul.

Robyn grew up in Mountain View, WY. She graduated from Mountain View High School in 1985. She then attended Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs, WY and earned her Associates Degree for Respiratory Therapy. After earning her degree Robyn worked at various places as a Respiratory Therapist, in which she loved.

On September 9th, 1989, Robyn married her love Jack A. Meeks of Mountain View, WY. Together they raised three beautiful children Scott, Makinzie, and Abbey. In the earlier years of their marriage Jack and Robyn enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, camping, and four wheeling. During their marriage they also enjoyed spending time watching their son Scott race motorcycles and hill climb. They also enjoyed watching Makinzie and Abbey participate in rodeo, rodeo queening and 4-H events. Jack and Robyn also cherished watching Abbey participate in cheerleading.

In June of 2009, Jack and Robyn was blessed with their first grandchild, a beautiful granddaughter Austyn. Following Austyn came six more perfect grandchildren, Payson, Laityn, McCrae, Denver, Wyatt, and Hadley. Robyn also loved her two grand-dogs, Lucy and Hemi. The highlight of Robyn’s life were these grandchildren. She would do absolutely anything for them and loved all of them so much.

Throughout Robyn’s life she made an impact on so many lives. Robyn had a passion for teaching in which she dedicated so much time and energy into para-educating, being a 4-H leader, and volunteering wherever she was needed. Robyn was known as “Mama Robyn” to so many people who adored and cherished her.

Robyn is survived by her husband Jack A. Meeks of Mountain View, WY., her dad Smiley Arrowchis of Grand Junction, CO., mother in-law Esther Meeks of Shoshone, ID., sister Minda (Shannon) Albright of Grand Junction, CO., brother Michael (Valerie) Brower of Casper, WY., sister Ginger Cuartas of Casper, WY., son Scott Meeks of Lyman, WY., daughter Makinzie (Lenny) Cruth of Robertson, WY., daughter Abbey Meeks (Derek Gauthier) of Rock Springs, WY., and grandchildren Austyn, Payson, Laityn, McCrae, Denver, Wyatt and Hadley of Bridger Valley.
