Richard Kenyon Franson, 81, of West Valley City, Utah passed away on February 6, 2021. He was born in Park City, Utah on May 17, 1939 to Everett and Florence (Kenyon) Franson and grew up in nearby Oakley, Summit County, Utah. He is survived by his 4 children, Wendy (Rodney), Scott, Brian, Steven (Jamie); 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, all of which will miss him greatly.
