Cynthia Lou Biebinger, 78, passed away on August 22, 2020 of natural causes in Evanston, Wyoming.

She was born April 13, 1942 in Yankton, South Dakota to Alpha and Marion Willman.

She married Gerald George Bolan July 20, 1960 and they had five children together. They later divorced and she married Vernon Biebinger February 24, 1973 and had two children together.

They resided in Kemmerer and then in Opal, Wyoming until 1997 when she and Vernon moved to Havre, Montana to spend their retirement years. In May of 2020 they moved to Evanston to be closer to family where she spent the last few months.

She enjoyed crafts, cooking, baking, singing, and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Marian Simonson; stepfather Virgil Simonson; two sisters Sharon Simonson and Mona Willman; brother Gary Simonson; son Robert Bolan and stepson Gary Biebinger.

She is survived by her husband, Vernon Biebinger of Evanston; children Rick (Deanne) Bolan of Lincoln City, OR, John (Cindy) Bolan of Wyoming, Brenda (Jake) Knoll of Rock Springs, WY, Ron (Danielle) Bolan of Helena, MT, David (Rebecca) Biebinger of Evanston and Darla Biebinger Peterson of Evanston; two brothers Curtis (Sharon) Simonson of Utah and Dennis (Shelly) Bostedor of Brigham City, UT; stepchildren Agnes Sloan of Lolo, MT, Vernon Biebinger Jr. of Washington, Leslie (Sherry) Biebinger of Evanston, Larry Biebinger of Minnesota and Jack Biebinger of Montana; 50 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and all those who called her mom and friend.

There will be a celebration of life held at the Knights Inn Hotel in Evanston on Saturday August 29, 2020 from 12:00-4:00 PM in the Banquet Room.
