Obituary
Craig C Porter, 72, passed away Saturday July 23, 2022 in Ogden, UT. following a brief illness. He was a resident of Lyman, WY for 48 years and a former resident of Salt Lake City UT.
Craig was born Aug 2nd 1949 in SLC UT. The son of Charles F & Phyllis (Watkins) Porter. He attended school at Kearns High School. Mr. Porter joined the US Army in 1968 then married the love of his life, Bonnie K (Broadhead) Porter, in 1969 in Heber City UT.
Craig enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, hunting, fishing, football, baseball and just taking a drive to the mountains.
He is survived by, son Craig C Porter (Jennifer) of Rock Springs WY, daughter Jeannette K Beck (Brad) of Cheyenne WY, Beverly (Rob) Mitchell of Cedar City UT, Bette Porter (Bob) Sutherland of Midvale UT, Cheri (Danny) Jones of Murray UT. Grand children include, Malarie (Isaac), Chase (Kim), Ashley (Connor), Cameron, Liam, Amber (Jeremy), Dustin, Calvin, Weston (John) and Kasie (Brandon), 12 great grandchildren as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie, his parents and brothers, Thomas D and Donald B Porter.
Services will be held at a later date.
