Connie Lynn (Hurst) Lamb

Connie Lynn Lamb passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 59 on February 17, 2023, with family by her side. 

She was born December 13, 1963 in Williston, ND to Les and Jane Hurst.  She was one of four siblings, with her brother Bryan, and sisters Valerie and Ronda.

Connie spent her early childhood in Plentywood, MT. The family moved to Evanston in 1975 and she graduated from Evanston High School in 1982.  She married her high school sweetheart, Lonnie Lamb on March 26, 1983.  They had three children together. 

She enjoyed camping, baking, traveling, and growing veggies in the community garden. Of course, all of these were so much better spent with her family. Connie was the most selfless person, and the biggest ray of sunshine. She loved to provide fun activities and crafts for her grandkids.

Throughout her years in Evanston, Connie worked at the Senior Citizen Center, Lincare, and the State Hospital.  She enjoyed getting to know so many of the residents of Evanston and had a special place in her heart for many.

Connie is survived by her husband Lonnie; three children: Brandon Lamb (Amber) of Evanston; Mandy Williams (Jaren) of South Weber, UT; Scott Lamb (Kelby) of Clearfield, UT; sisters Valerie Hurst and Ronda Hurst; and mother-in-law Linda Lamb.  She was a proud grandma of 10 grandchildren and an aunt to many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by parents, Les and Jane Hurst and brother, Bryan Hurst.

Connie was a kind, loving mother to her 3 children. She taught them kindness and integrity and all the skills to help them grow into successful adults.

She was a member of the Alliance Church and enjoyed all the friends and acquaintances she met over the years.

Funeral services will be held on Feb. 23, 11:30 AM at Evanston Alliance Church.
