Vicky Tencie Charlene Norris
Vicky Tencie Charlene Norris dies October 11, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  She was born April 29, 1959 to Richard A. Strickland and Tencie Lueann Strickland in Madera, California.  Vicky was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, niece, and a special friend to all who loved and knew her.
She is survived by her husband Harry Norris; siblings Mike, Rick, and Maytrall Strickland; children, Jamie Norris, Joshua, and Amanda Norris; six grandchildren Marcus, Julia, Gavin, Braden, Mason, and Amelia.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; Thomas and Jasie Bunch, paternal grandparents; Artie and Addy Strickland and her brother Rowe Bruce Strickland.
Vicky enjoyed spoiling her children and grandchildren, the out-doors, camping and decorating her beautiful yard for the holidays.  She was artistic and creative in the beautiful cakes that she made for family, friends, and local schools.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00pm at the Evanston City Cemetery on Monday, October 17.  A viewing will held Sunday from 6-8pm and Monday from 12-12:45pm at Crandall Funeral Home.
