Thomas (Butch) Whittaker

Our loving husband, father, poppa, uncle, brother, and friend passed away October 29, 2011 at Evanston Regional Hospital. He was born June 12, 1944 to Thomas E. and Agnes S. Whittaker in Evanston, Wyoming.
He married Connie Ashford on July 5, 1968. Together they had one daughter and one son.
Butch enjoyed many hobbies especially; wood working, gardening, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Butch is survived by his wife Connie, daughter Traci (Ed) Graham, son Mike (LaRee) Whittaker all of Evanston, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is survived by his sisters Helen Kearney of Grand Junction, Colorado, Lorna (Lomand) Fowler of Lovell, Wyoming. Also a brother in law Jim (Marty) Ashford of Sandpoint, Idaho and sister in law Nancy Robbins and mother in law Joy Ashford both of Evanston. Also numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by grandparents Thomas and Eliza and Fred and Elizabeth. His parents Thomas and Agnes Whittaker. A brother Richard “Dick” Whittaker a granddaughter Tiffany Graham and father in law Osborn Ashford.
Funeral services for Butch will be at Crandall Funeral Home on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 11:00 A.M . A visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M. on Thursday, November 3, 2011 and one hour prior to services on Friday. Interment will follow services at the Evanston City Cemetery.
