Robert Mccuen

August 11, 1937 — January 15, 2019

Robert Junius “Bob” McCuen passed away on January 15, 2019 in Murray, Utah.  Bob was joyously reunited with his wife of 48 years.
He was born on August 11, 1937 in Yuma, Arizona to Ray Brant and Nora Elizabeth (Phillips) McCuen.
On December 20, 1957 he married Phyllis Poggi in the Los Angeles Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
They moved their family to Evanston Wyoming in January of 1980.
Bob served his country in the United States Navy.  He dedicated his life to helping others in social work.  He loved sports, especially B.Y.U. Football.  More recently he enjoyed his employment with Family Financial where he would take the time at least once a week to spread joy through the office in the form of Hostess cakes and compliments.  Most of all he loved his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed watching movies as a family and having family dinners. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication and determination.
He is survived by his children, Kathryn Pasenelli and Daniel (Tonya) McCuen.  His brother, Ray (Eva) McCuen and sisters, LuAda Cantrell and Madonna Lowe.
He is preceded in death by his wife Phyllis and a infant son Robert Junis McCuen Jr.
Graveside service will be on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Evanston Cemetery.  Viewing will be on Friday evening at Crandall Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m.
