Nila Northrup

Nila Ann Andersen Mitchell Northrup
1937-2012 Nila 75, passed away peacefully at home November 12, 2012. Nila was  born  April 7, 1937 to James J. Anderson and Matilda Maxwell in Peoa, Utah.   She married Kenneth Glen Mitchell on August 14, 1952, marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake City Temple.  After his death, she married “Red” Northrup.
Nila spent many hours doing genealogy. She loved crocheting and many people have benefited from that talent.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, 2sisters, 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
She is survived by her husband “Red” Northrup, her children Jo Ann Kimball, Kenneth Glen (Trina)Mitchell, Dennis A. (Debbie) Mitchell, Dan Northrup,  Lisa Kay Leon,  Brent A. Mitchell, Randy Northrup, Chris(Katrina) Mitchell, Rex(Melanie)Mitchell, Laura Northrup, Rusty Blaine(Doris) Northrup, 37 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren, 4 great- great grandchildren.
Services will be held at the LDS Chapel on 3460 West 3100 South November 14th 2012 at noon. Viewing  will be held 2 hours prior to services. Interment will follow at the Marion Utah Cemetery under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home, Kamas.
