Janus Mae (Dunham) Granger was called home in the early morning hours of January 1st, 2024, to be with her Lord and Savior.

Jan was born on January 8th, 1942, to James and Wilma Dunham in Cleveland, Ohio. She grew up in Willowick, Ohio. Later in life, she moved to Hardin, Montana, where she met her future husband Ed.

Jan married Edwin Duaine Granger on February 13th, 1983, enjoying country living throughout their married life together on their land outside of Broadview, Montana until Ed’s death in 2013.

Throughout Jan’s life, she was an avid horse woman, and spent her time riding, entering horse shows, and involved in horse racing. She loved her yorkie, Little Bit, and annoying her children and grandchildren with her hare-brained ideas.

She is survived by her children Roy (Tawnya), Sam (Amanda), Paul (Molly), Paula (Tom), Cheryl (Mike), Janus Lynn, Kenny, and Kathy; Her grandchildren, Rose, Jimmy, Robert, Juanita, Chantel, Misty, Lena, Hailey, Lacey, Matthew, Jacob, Jessica, Amy, Chevy, Imy, and Virginia, as well as many great-grandchildren; her brother Chuck and her sister Arlene.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Ed and her parents James and Wilma.

A memorial service for Jan will be held on Friday, January 12th, 2pm, at Crandall Funeral Home, 800 Uinta Street, Evanston, Wyoming, 82930.
