Dominick “Jerry” Revelli passed away peacefully at Evanston Regional Hospital surrounded by loved ones on Monday Oct 16, 2023. He died of natural causes at age 85. Jerry was born June 26, 1938 in Evanston, WY to Dominick Spirito Revelli and Millicent Cox. Jerry met Jolene East on a blind date and later married on August 4, 1958. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake City temple on September 15, 1961.

Jolene and Jerry were blessed with 6 children, Dale, Serieta, Steve, Sherie, David, and Valerie. Jerry and Jolene were also blessed with 23 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

Jerry was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved the lord with all his heart and served in the church in many callings. First counselor in the bishopric, Sunday School President, Ward Clerk, High Council, Stake Young Men’s President. Jerry and Jolene enjoyed home teaching together and made long lasting friendships.

Jerry loved to BBQ and Dutch Oven cooking. Dad was a foodie and loved good food. For many years the family would get together and make homemade raviolis and Jerry would make many other Italian dishes.

He loved hunting and spending time with his sons.

Jerry instilled the value of hard work in his children and led by example.

He was a Jack of all trades. Electrical, plumbing, flooring, auto mechanic, carpentry. He started working at a young age delivering newspapers. He would start out early in the morning and deliver 100 papers a day. Getting 5 cents a paper. At age 10 years old he was able to buy a Model T Ford. He owned an automotive shop for 17 years and loved working with automobiles. He loved over the road long haul trucking. He loved traveling and seeing the country. He had many stories to share with friends and family.

Jerry knew no strangers. You never knew who he would bring home to dinner. He had a jovial personality and a joke for all he came in contact with him. He put others at ease and made friends quickly. He truly knew no strangers.

Jerry loved spending time with his family. Jerry and Jolene loved traveling around to visit their children and grandchildren. They enjoyed going to see their grandchildren’s games and plays and other school functions.

Jerry is survived by his sons, Dale (Debbie) Revelli of Evanston WY, Steve (Faith) Revelli of Saratoga Springs UT, and David (Jill) Revelli of Rio Rancho NM; his daughters, Sherie (Kevin) Humphrey of Evanston WY and Valerie (Denten) Park of Springville UT; and his sister Roseanne Johnson of Evanston, WY.
