Betty Stapler

Betty Jane Stapler, 100 years young, passed away December 6, 2022.

She was a devoted wife and loving mother with a big heart for her four legged family members.

She graduated from the Mt Carmel School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio and began her career at the Mt Carmel Hospital in 1944.

She traveled the world as a career military wife working as a registered nurse along the way.

She loved music, dancing, sewing, crosswords, books, chocolate, and of course, living life to its fullest!

She is survived by her children, Carl L. Stapler, Christopher Stapler, Konrad (Roni) Stapler, Jane Stapler, Geoffrey (InSuk) Stapler and Jennifer Stapler; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, SMSGT Carl F. Stapler; her parents, Raymond and Pearl Sheets; two sisters, Martha & Ginny and a daughter-in-law, Jo Stapler.
